Crystal Tiara
How can I clean crystal tiara as is it caked in hairspray?
The person who borrowed my friends beautiful crystal tiara before me has caked it in hairspray so there is no sparkly left (can’t believe she returned it in that state!).
I want to clean it so that it look sparkly and new again – but I don’t want to damage it? anyone have any tips? I was thinking warm waters on a little cotton bud? or would it be safe to soak it in sopay water?.

soap spirit. My mum uses it on her hair when there is a build up of hair spray. it makes her hair so clean it squeeks! takes a day or so for her hair to feel normal cause its so ‘squeeky clean’.
its safe enough to use on skin, so it should be fine. xx
